Draw Out deadline is 6 p.m. CST the Monday prior to the rodeo

The draw will be posted by 12:00 p.m. the Tuesday prior to the rodeo. It is the responsibility of the contestant to immediately report any errors to the secretary.   (701)339-5372  ndjhrd@outlook.com

Phone calls are accepted, but an email is preferred, so both parties have documentation of the draw out. Once the deadline has passed, the contestant is responsible to pay all entry fees associated with the events they have entered. THIS INCLUDES JACKPOT FEES. If the contestant has entered into the jackpot by mistake and does not draw out before the drawout deadline, they will have to pay the fee.

The OFFICIAL DRAW and run order are that of the JUDGES SHEETS. These sheets will be posted near the rodeo office. It is the responsibility of the contestant to view these documents and learn their actual positioning in each event.  The rodeo program and announcer sheets are not official.
