To become a member of the NDJHRD, a student must complete and upload an online application that includes the following information:

1. Copy of ND Eligibility Form uploaded
2. Copy of current Report Card 
3. NDJHRD Waiver of Liability/Release of Information Form
4.  National High School Rodeo Association (NHSRA) Membership Form
5. NHSRA Membership and Minor Release Form
6. Online Entries Authorization Form
7. W-9 if jackpotting
